Returns Policy Of ArtDecor4U.Com
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are excluded from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- We also do not accept product returns that are intimate or sanitary goods such as face masks.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We also do not accept products for size exchanges.
Additional non-returnable and non refundable items:
- All downloadable files including image files.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product is fulfilled by Printful.com you will need to notify us (ArtDecor4U.Com) through our contact page
You may then need to return it to Printful.com returns address if we advise you to. If you’re unsure we can advise you what to do. Ask us through our contact page.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore ArtDecor4U.Com reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Refunds.
If we advise you to return the item to us (ArtDecor4U.Com), after we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as is reasonably possible.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks after being approved, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to replace the defective item for the same item, use our contact page to send an explanation so we can resolve the matter.
Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping.
To return your product contact us and so we can resolve the matter by advising you what to do.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a replacement item, any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
